Please bring together your Matrix Card/NRIC as proof of identity. You are NOT allowed to claim/collect for other people in the process.

SUBMISSION OF STUDENT ACTIVITY BOOK

Please ensure you log-in your submission when you are sending in your books by hand to the office.

APPLICATION FOR RESIDENCE DURING INTER-SESSION/SEMESTER BREAK

Residents needs to bring in a supporting letters/papers indicating reasons of stay ex:
1. Participation in any UNIMAS activities/events/FYP/projects
2. Late flight tickets (copy of flight ticket dates is required) a week after the official last check-out date.
3. Successful Inter-session applicants
